Jewelry, accessories and perfumes and cosmetics that are sold in our online store are of high quality and can satisfy even the most demanding customers.
Please note that in accordance with the List of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" as amended on December 07, 2005, jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organogenic gems and semiprecious stones of good quality are not subject to return and/or exchange.
If the jewelry did not like it, did not fit in size, color, etc., then it is impossible to return such a jewelry.
The return of the jewelry is possible if it can be attributed to a product of inadequate quality and which has not been in use (there are no traces of wearing and the tag has not been cut off). The product is considered to be of inadequate quality if the following was found upon receipt of the goods:
- Metal surface defects: pores, burrs, uneven galvanic coating.
- Problems with fasteners: looseness or jamming.
- Poor fastening of the insert: unreliable compression of the stone, different shade of the rim and solder, violation of the symmetry of the arrangement.
Subject to the above conditions, the representative of the online store accepts the jewelry for examination, which lasts up to seven working days. After the examination, the decoration is replaced with a new product that has not yet been used, or the cost of the purchased product is refunded within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.The money for the goods is returned in the same way as the payment for the product was made (transfer to a payment card, cash or non-cash payment).
